Refunds & Exchange

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund or exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

• Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the items being returned.

Damaged Goods

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at office@watershedwatch.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition
